Electric vehicles have often been hailed as the future. Major motoring companies are aiming to produce nothing but electric vehicles in the future, and some aspire to hit that target by the end of the decade. Cars that are traditionally seen as so-called gas guzzlers — like pickup trucks, muscle cars, and hummers — all have electric equivalents. Governments, including the one running the United States, are improving infrastructure, offering tax incentives, and enacting policies aimed at getting more electric vehicles on the road. And modern-day industrial icons like Elon Musk, who obviously has a vested interest in the electric car’s success, constantly promote the concept. Musk recently published a tweet that likened internal combustion engines to the steam engine — an archaic method of producing mechanical power.

Is artificial intelligence (AI) as smart as humans or is it smarter? As per scientists, it takes the human brain 25 years to reach full maturity, but new research claims that the AI used by Elon musk’s Tesla could equal that in only 17 years.
Researchers have long predicted that artificial intelligence will eventually surpass human intelligence, although there are different predictions as to when that will happen.

SpaceX has had many successful launches, compared with Boeing, which hasn’t flown its Starliner rocket yet, NASA’s administrator told Newsweek.
Only two of the top 10 billionaires registered gains.
The world’s top richest people collectively lost $50 billion of their personal fortune as the New York Stock Exchange slumped on Tuesday amidst fears of rising inflation and looming inflation. Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffet, Google Guys, nobody was spared as prices of stock held by them tumbled, Market Insider.

Even as most people struggled to balance their work and life during the pandemic, the world’s top billionaires were struck gold and saw their fortunes soar. According to a CBS report in 2021, the first year of the pandemic gave a $4 trillion boost to the billionaires’ wealth, raising the call for a “wealth tax.”

And how much effect will it have on us?The existence of Neuralink was first made public in 2017, when The Wall Street Journal reported on it. The company’s first significant public appearance was in 2019, when Elon Musk and other members of the Neuralink leadership team demonstrated their technology in a live streamed presentation. Neuralink’s chip is roughly the size of a penny and would be implanted in a person’s skull. An array of tiny wires, each nearly 20 times thinner than a human hair, spread out from the chip and into the patient’s brain. The cables include 1,024 electrodes that can monitor brain activity and, potentially, electrically activate the brain. This data is wirelessly transferred by the chip to computers, where it may be examined by researchers. A stiff needle, similar to a sewing machine, would be used to punch the flexible wires emerging from a Neuralink chip into a person’s brain. In January 2021, Neuralink produced a video displaying the robot.
Musk claims that the machine will make implanting Neuralink electrodes as simple as LASIK eye surgery. While this is an audacious assertion, neuroscientists told Insider in 2019 that the machine has several extremely promising aspects.📺 Watch the entire video for more information!#elon #musk #neuralink #spacex #tesla #elonmusk.

ROBOTS could one day overthrow humans in an ‘apocalyptic’ takeover, a tech expert has predicted.
Aidan Meller, the creator of the Ai-Da robot, believes that within three years artificial intelligence (AI) could overtake humanity, per The Daily Star.
He also backs Elon Musk’s belief that advances in AI could impact mankind more than nuclear war.

Move over, Elon Musk and Richard Branson: A Canadian company wants to join the fight for better high-speed train travel.
Toronto-based TransPod recently unveiled plans for a “FluxJet,” a fully-electric transportation system that’s “a hybrid between an aircraft and a train.” The project, currently in the conceptual stage, would involve 82-foot-long, magnetically levitated trains that would carry passengers at roughly 621 miles per hour.
That’s faster than a commercial jet, and roughly three times the speed of most high-speed trains — with zero emissions, no less. The FluxJet would rely on “contactless power transmission,” where the train would pull power from the existing electric grid through magnetic fields, the company says.
Elon Musk tweeted a fascinating — and frankly unsettling — theory last night about how a brain parasite might be forcing all humans to create advanced AI.
The Tesla CEO was responding to a story from National Geographic about how toxoplasmosis, a common parasite often found in cats, seems to be causing hyenas to be reckless around predators such as lions. In a staggering and perhaps facetious leap of logic, Musk suggested that the parasite is actually what’s causing humans to create advanced artificial intelligence.
“Toxoplasmosis infects rats, then cats, then humans who make cat videos,” Musk tweeted on Friday. “AI trains achieves superhuman intelligence training on Internet cat videos, thus making toxoplasmosis the true arbiter of our destiny.”
