Make the 👌 sign at a stranger

In parts of the world, you just called him an ass.

Same gesture. Same content. Opposite meaning.

I built a five-minute keynote around that gap because it quietly decides almost everything we fight about.

Why two people can look at the same war, the same election, the same climate data, and honestly see opposite things.

Why 200 pieces of worthless thrift store junk suddenly sold for many times their price after 200 strangers each did one small thing to them. Nothing was added. Nothing was repaired.

Why your brain is not the content machine you think it is, and what it was actually built to do.

Why #AI has all the data and still needs us, and what exactly it is borrowing every time you write a prompt.

And why the work that pays in the next decade is not producing more content. It is the other thing. The one nobody puts in the job description, including in #leadership.

I gave this talk two years ago. It has aged in the wrong direction for anyone still betting on volume.

Five minutes. No slides. Watch it, then tell me if you buy the argument.

Here it is, five minutes: [ https://snglrty.co/4eoTgoA](https://snglrty.co/4eoTgoA)

Content vs Context: a 4-minute mini-keynote by Nikola Danaylov on why content is NOT king but context is wink
