  1. This matches what I keep seeing in practice. Once generation gets cheap, the bottleneck moves from “can we make it” to “do we actually know what is worth making”. The teams doing well are the ones with a clear point of view who then use an AI video generator to test twenty versions of that idea in an afternoon instead of one. Taste still decides which of the twenty ships, but the cost of being wrong drops a lot.
