The idea of a ´negative time´ is doubtful/wrong
because every object on earth is moved by its rotation, is transported by the earth around the sun — the sun-system is part of our rotating galaxy in an expanding universe
These are very dynamic movements which belong to every object on earth.
When it would be possible to stop time or even reverse it — then all these dynamic movements have to be stopped or reversed too: because they are an essential property of every object. This is not possible!
