While we sometimes imagine vast structures rising above the sky, it is possible to have equally vast structures hang down from the sky, and on world’s whose atmospheres are far larger than earth’s, this may be where people choose to live.

Chandelier cities are just about the only way (that’s semi-realistic) to colonize gas planets such as Saturn. No doubt living in a gas planet would provide quite a unique experience compared to living on or below the surface of a solid planet or moon.
