Many believed Ingenuity would not soar to such heights.

NASA achieved a historic first in April last year when it performed the first-ever controlled flight of an aircraft on Mars. The Ingenuity helicopter, which hitched a ride to Mars aboard NASA’s Perseverance rover, was designed as a proof-of-concept craft that was only expected to fly a total of five times.

Now, the Mars helicopter has achieved flight no. 35, and it has set a new altitude record in the process, reaching a height of 14 meters (46 feet) above the red planet’s surface, NASA announced on Twitter.

Fragments of the DNA were found in an Ice Age sediment in Northern Greenland.

The discovery of two-million-year-old DNA has changed all the history that has been recorded so far. It revealed that we should go back one million years to understand Earth’s environment.

The results of the 41 usable samples were found hidden in clay and quartz.

Canva launched Canva Docs in an open beta today, a cloud-based hybrid of a word processor and publishing tool. In addition, Canva Docs will be adding “Magic Write,” a generative AI copywriting tool.

Interested users can check out the beta here.

Canva’s latest move aims to diversify the company beyond graphic design and into other areas of marketing and communications. The company added Whiteboards in August, which some have compared to Miro. The Canva tool can also be used to create presentations and edit video.

Since 1967, the Boeing 747 has been the icon of commercial flight for over 50 years. But today, the very last of the line has rolled off the production line, marking an end to an illustrious career for the aircraft.

For more than half a century, tens of thousands of dedicated Boeing employees have designed and built this magnificent airplane that has truly changed the world.

He broke the world record for GPS art.

Back in 2008, Yasushi ‘Yassan’ Takahashi wanted to find an original way to propose to his girlfriend. So he went on a journey that took him 4,000 miles (7,163 kilometers) over a period of six months, according to a video posted on Google in 2019.

The art was the words MARRY ME with a heart with an arrow in it at the very end.

In order to write this message in GPS, Takahashi traveled from the island of Hokkaido in the northern part of Japan to the shores of Kagoshima in the southern tip of the country.

It seems that Sony is about to take place in the humanoid robot race.

On Tuesday, Sony Group Corporation, the famous Japanese electronics and media conglomerate, claimed that once it determines the best applications for humanoid robots, it can produce them swiftly. For those waiting for “real” humanoid robots for decades, such news will be a treat for their ears.

“In terms of technology, several companies in the world including this one have enough technology accumulated to make them swiftly once it becomes clear which usage is promising,” Sony Chief Technology Officer Hiroaki Kitano told Reuters in an interview.

Elon Musk’s Twitter looks to be under investigation by San Franscisco building inspectors for installing bedrooms at its headquarters.

Elon Musk seems to be getting a lot of criticism right now. Another Twitter storm is brewing over the company’s decision to put beds, nightstands, and comfortable armchairs in the Twitter headquarters in San Francisco.

According to Forbes, Musk transformed portions of Twitter’s corporate offices into beds for “hardcore” employees. Musk allegedly made a move to show his support for staff members who were so dedicated to their jobs that they were willing to sleep at work.
