Musk’s recent efforts to entice users and advertisers have seen him display a large amount of data, showing off the progress of the platform.

Elon Musk, the “Chief Twit,” has claimed that his social media platform “Twitter 2.0” is serving 90 billion Tweet impressions per day.

“Twitter is now serving almost 90 billion tweet impressions per day!” the tech billionaire wrote on his micro-blogging site on Friday.

The Federal Communications Commission issued a key authorization to Elon Musk’s SpaceX on Thursday to launch up to 7,500 next-generation satellites in its Starlink internet network.

“Specifically, we grant SpaceX authority to construct, deploy, and operate up to 7,500 satellites operating at altitudes of 525,530, and 535 km and inclinations of 53, 43, and 33 degrees, respectively, using frequencies in the Ku-and Ka-band. We defer consideration of SpaceX’s proposed use of E-band frequencies and tracking beacons,” said the order.

Tesla on Thursday delivered its first electric semitrailer truck to PepsiCo, as the electric vehicle maker expands its offerings beyond passenger cars.

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, drove a Semi to the delivery event, which was held at a factory near Reno, Nevada.

The Semi is the automaker’s all-electric, class-8 cargo trucks with a range between 300 and 500 miles on a single charge, depending on the model.

Elon Musk is trying to help the paralyzed to move again, through electrodes in the cerebral cortex.

Neuralink, the strange and somewhat vague brainchild of Elon Musk, held an event Wednesday that the CEO of Tesla, SpaceX and Twitter called a “show and tell.” And show and tell it did — as a monkey welcomed the audience by typing a message through a brain-computer interface.

Neuralink’s product records action potentials of neurons in the brain. This is done by placing an electrode close enough to the synapse of two neurons in the brain and taking a recording of its electrical impulse.

After breathing fire, Musk calls it a misunderstanding.

Elon Musk, Twitter’s owner and CEO, has now said that the feud with Apple is resolved after meeting CEO Tim Cook at the latter’s campus in Cupertino, California, The New York Times.

Hive Social, a social media platform that has seen meteoric growth since Elon Musk took over Twitter, abruptly shut down its service on Wednesday after a security advisory warned the site was riddled with vulnerabilities that exposed all data stored in user accounts.

“The issues we reported allow any attacker to access all data, including private posts, private messages, shared media and even deleted direct messages,” the advisory, published on Wednesday by Berlin-based security collective Zerforschung, claimed. “This also includes private email addresses and phone numbers entered during login.”

The post went on to say that after the researchers privately reported the vulnerabilities last Saturday, many of the flaws they reported remained unpatched. They headlined their post “Warning: do not use Hive Social.”
