Michael Mantzke
Michael Mantzke is the CEO of Global Data Sciences and the Chief Encryption Architect at Encrypted Information Exchange.
As the CEO at Global Data Sciences, a business strategy and technology consulting firm that he cofounded in 2007, his ability to view a problem from the perspective of the business client, and formulate an executable, affordable solution has earned him a strong reputation among business and technology leaders in some of the world’s largest manufacturing companies.
With over 30 years of experience working with such household brands as First Alert, Sunbeam, and Coleman Powermate, Michael has been able to help businesses realize sustained success, while also avoiding some of the pitfalls which can paralyze a successful business. He Cofounded Global Data Sciences on the premise that well-developed and implemented business strategies can take clients to success.
As Encrypted Information Exchange’s Encryption Architect since 2017, Michael calls upon his 35 years of work in business strategy and technology. The EIE Legal app provides encrypted mobile and desktop communication controlled by the user. Users can confidently share confidential texts, notes, photos, videos, and Microsoft Office and PDF documents.
Between 2003 and 2008, Michael was the Director of Information Technology at Powermate Corporation, where he developed and implemented Business Systems Strategy for an emerging Power Equipment Company by building a strong team of professionals to manage global IT operations, ERP systems support, and customer service initiatives.
Michael earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Computer Science in 1996 from North Central College and his Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Science from the Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration in 2006 from the University of Phoenix. He earned a certification in Data Analytics from MIT.
Michael began his career as Production Engineer at BRK Electronics / First Alert in 1976, becoming Product Development Engineer in 1983, and Manager of Engineering Services in 1990. In 1994, he continued as the Director of Information Technology for the next nine years until 2003, where he directed business systems activities at both tactical and strategic levels throughout the enterprise including ERP systems, Network Infrastructure development, and operations teams.
Michael continues to educate himself to this day. He earned his certification for Big Data and Social Analytics from MIT Experimental Learning in 2016 and certification in Blockchain Technologies in 2019 from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
