She is the Founder and Podcast Host of Biohacking Eve – Health Optimisation for Women, the Cofounder and President of the Longevity Clinic Builder Network, a Co-Initiator of Longevity Week Berlin, and the Chief of Staff and Venture Builder at the LRC Group, a pan-European private equity firm with €6 billion under management across eight offices. She has over 20 years of experience spanning venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, and health innovation.
Judith is also the Director of Longevity and Founding Member of Freeth’m, an Advisory Board Member for Longevity and Investor at Our Greenery, and a Member of Global Women in VC. She is a bestselling author, public speaker, and educator whose personal mission is to contribute one gigayear of healthy lifespan to humanity through acting as an enabler, multiplier, and advocate for the changes necessary.
Judith founded Biohacking Eve in 2024 to address one of the longevity field’s most persistent blind spots: the default assumption that male physiology is the standard. Through her podcast, available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube, she explores differentiated health optimization strategies for women, covering topics from intermittent fasting and hormonal health to abolishing menopause and cutting-edge longevity technologies.
Having been a devoted biohacker and health optimiser for over 18 years, Judith leverages her dual expertise as an early-stage venture capital investor and practitioner to introduce new technologies and solutions in development before they reach the broader market. As Cofounder and President of the Longevity Clinic Builder Network, Judith leads a global agglomeration of entrepreneurs and practitioners building longevity clinics from Singapore to San Francisco and Copenhagen to Cape Town, while simultaneously building longevity clinics in the Middle East.
Since 2023, she has served as a Co-Initiator, Producer, and Speaker at Longevity Week Berlin, which she cofounded alongside Dr. Emil Kendziorra, Dr. Guido Axmann, Joachim Rautter, Christina J. Hanck, and Dr. Andrea Gartenbach. The 2024 inaugural edition featured 21 events and attracted over 2,000 sign-ups, orbiting around the Rejuvenation Startup Summit organized by Forever Healthy, with the aim of establishing Berlin as the Longevity Capital of Europe. Since 2024, Judith has been the Director of Longevity and Founding Member of Freeth’m, a venture based in Lisbon, Portugal, that is reimagining the way people live, work, and thrive in off-grid, longevity-enabled environments by bringing together sustainable infrastructure, cutting-edge wellness technology, and future-proof community design. In this role, she leads the development and integration of longevity-driven strategies into Freeth’m’s global projects, ensuring optimal healthspan and performance for residents.
She also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Longevity and Investor at Our Greenery, a Berlin-based startup founded in 2021 that produces smart indoor gardens for nutrient-packed microgreens, herbs, and medicinal plants, pioneering a new paradigm of scalable, sustainable, and locally grown food.
Since 2017, Judith has served as the Chief of Staff and Venture Builder at the LRC Group, a pan-European private equity firm and attached single family office with €6 billion under management. In this role, she has laid down many of the initial structures of the firm, from creating a previously non-existent corporate identity to seeing the firm triple in size over two years and raising its first fund.
Her work at LRC has included managing cross-border, cross-functional teams from Dublin to Dubai and Tel Aviv to Miami, with the single largest transaction being a €1.9 billion conglomerate spread across six Central and Eastern European jurisdictions. She also plays an active role in the diversification of the founder’s family office, expanding into the medtech sector through a $20 million in-house venture capital vehicle for direct investments, including establishing a longevity centre in Dubai.
Between 2010 and 2015, Judith was the Cofounder and COO of Northern Capital Partners in London, where she set up and rapidly grew her first company in the student accommodation sector, building an annual turnover of over £2 million from scratch, expanding to five UK offices, and managing 30 staff.
Between 2015 and 2017, she was a Consultant at Hatfield Philips, a subsidiary of the Starwood Capital Group, which was Europe’s largest commercial real estate loan servicer at the time. Between 2006 and 2010, Judith was an Associate at Deloitte in London, working in Corporate Finance, Strategy, and Operational Consulting for UK Government and Big Pharma clients. She was one of Deloitte’s youngest-ever hires.
Judith earned her Master’s Degree of Science on a full scholarship from the University of Oxford. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Economics with First Class Honours from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she received full LSE and Stelios Haji-Ioannou Scholarships, Deloitte Academic Sponsorship, and was a UK Finalist for UBS Academic Sponsorship.
At LSE, she served as Chief Economist of the LSE Student Consumer Price Index Committee in collaboration with the Office for National Statistics, represented LSE at the Stockholm School of Economics International Case Competition as part of a team of four selected from 10,000 students, was a UK National Finalist of the KPMG International Case Competition, and was one of two National Delegates to the IMD Business School International Student Business Forum.
She also completed her economics thesis on renewable energy sources in Spanish. In 2022, she obtained a DeFi Talents certification from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and in 2021, she earned a Coach Certification from the Heroic Public Benefit Corporation.
Judith started her first business while studying at Oxford University at the age of 20 and has since acquired experience in every stage of a company’s lifecycle, from initial set-up and purchase to turnaround and growth stages through to eventual trade sale exits. Between 2018 and 2022, she served as a Board Member and Trustee of the Malvernian Society, the educational charity behind one of the UK’s leading private boarding schools.
She has been a Board Member and Advisory Board Member of various startups since 2019 and is a Member of Global Women in VC since 2023.
