Dr. Jennifer Pearlman

Jennifer Pearlman, MD, CCFP, NCMP, FAARM, ABAARM, CFA is the Cofounder and Chief Business Officer at Healthspan Digital and the Director of Women’s Healthspan. She is the Medical Director and Owner at PearlMD Rejuvenation and a Women’s Health, Hormone, and Beauty Expert.

Jennifer is the Global Ambassador and Scientific Board Member for the Aesthetic Multi-Specialty Society, Co-Director of AMWC Americas, Board member and Faculty of Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM), and Faculty for leading medical congresses in aesthetic and regenerative medicine including IMCAS, AMWC, and A4M.

In 2023, Jennifer cofounded Healthspan Digital, an AI-powered Longevity platform enabling network-based solutions. She is the Director of Business Development and Director of Women’s Healthspan. They are a data-driven healthtech company focusing on cost-effective longevity biomarkers and solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in the health and fitness industry. Their primary objective is to revolutionize the wellness sector through the integration of precision medicine, genomics, and longevity programs.

Jennifer is a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP) certified by the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) and spent a decade in practice at the Menopause Clinic at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. She is a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), a fellow and faculty in Functional, Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (FAARM), and is board-certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM). She is also a member of the Age Management Medicine Group (AMMG).

The Ontario Medical Association has awarded her a focus practice designation to enable her to work as an expert consultant to other physicians in women’s health. She is the recipient of numerous awards including the 2013 Enterprising Women of the Year Award, in recognition of her support for women’s causes and outstanding community service. Jennifer has been awarded her Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has worked as a healthcare financial analyst for both public and private equity investments.

She is committed to philanthropy and community and championing women’s issues having been recognized as Enterprising Woman of the Year (EY), Woman member of the Year (WPO), and as a Woman Leader by the French Chamber of Commerce of Canada (FCCCO). She is actively involved in many charitable causes including the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and the Federation of Medical Women of Canada.

Jennifer has cultivated expertise in the art and science of cosmetic medicine, taking a holistic approach to the rejuvenation of the face and body. Delivering the most advanced treatments, technologies, and techniques, Jennifer helps each patient to achieve their best and to live longer and better. She helped train other physicians in cosmetic injection techniques and regularly attends cosmetic medical meetings to stay current with the latest techniques and technologies. She has had the opportunity to work and train with leading experts in this field across North America.

In 2007, Jennifer started the company Pearl Rejuvenation. As the CEO, Owner, and Medical Director of PearlMD Rejuvenation, she oversees a team to help patients age well from the inside out. Delivering personalized care with a precise and holistic approach, she works to optimize hormones, health, aging, and beauty.

She defines the PearlMD approach by the five Ps.

Jennifer earned her Medical Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Toronto in 2001. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Physiology and Pre Medicine in 1997 from McGill University.
