The Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School (PALCS) is a public cyber charter school, approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education[1] and open to all students in grades K-12 who reside in the state of Pennsylvania.
 
The European Futures Observatory is a UK based foresight think tank. They were formed in 2004 to undertake a range of projects that examine various aspects of the future. They also publish a range of works that relate to the future.
 
Jason was previously Admin at Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School, Master Data Analyst at VWR International, Jason earned his BLA in Public Policy at the West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2005. He earned his MT in Future Studies at the University of Houston in 2011.
