Ivan Marandola, MBA is the Chief Intuition Officer at PRCNX Investment Holding, Chairman of REVIV Italy, and a Serial Entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in precision health, longevity technology, and venture building. He is an operator-investor who specializes in scaling biotech and health ventures, building precision medicine services that integrate diagnostics, protocols, and data. Ivan has raised more than €65 million throughout his personal ventures and managed companies with over 250 employees across multiple continents.
Ivan joined PRCNX Investment Holding as Chief Intuition Officer in June 2023. PRCNX is a private holding that finances and develops longevity businesses, merging established brands with cutting-edge longevity innovations. The fund focuses on bridging longevity, precision technology, balanced ventures, and the power of retail health, partnering with exceptional actors in the longevity space by expanding their businesses into new markets.
Since February 2023, Ivan has served as Chairman and Investor at REVIV Italy, the Italian division of REVIV Global, a global leader in IV drip therapy and precision nutrition. Founded in 2013, REVIV operates over 100 clinics across 47 countries and six continents, delivering more than 2 million IV therapies to over 370,000 global customers.

Ivan has served as a Mentor at Boomtown Accelerator in Boulder, Colorado, since June 2016, specializing in hardware retail, sales, and marketing. Boomtown is a tech accelerator that invests in 16 industries and 34 technologies, helping startups turn ideas into profitable, sustainable businesses. Since October 2017, Ivan has also been a Mentor at Brinc, a Hong Kong-based global venture accelerator focusing on IoT, connected hardware, blockchain technology, and food technology, advising on go-to-retail strategy and positioning for the Go to Market China Program.
Between June 2014 and May 2023, Ivan was the CEO and Cofounder of iWaboo, a B2B marketplace between hardware tech and retailers powered by AI and market data prediction analytics. iWaboo, headquartered in Mountain View, California, with operations in Milan and Wroclaw, raised $1.2 million in funding. Ivan was part of Cohort #2 of the Salesforce Incubator Einstein AI Powered program between May and December 2017 in San Francisco. Between July 2018 and December 2020, Ivan served as Product Evangelist and Ambassador for Europe and Italy at Indiegogo, the global crowdfunding platform that has helped raise over $3 billion for more than 80,000 successful projects since its founding in 2008.
From January 2011 to September 2014, Ivan was the Owner and CEO of Kempinski Hotel Giardino Di Costanza in Sicily, a five-star luxury resort and member of The Leading Hotels of the World. Under his leadership, the property was ranked Top 10 Luxury Hotel in Italy by Vogue and Condé Nast Travel between 2012 and 2013, and ranked #1 Hotel Leading Spa in Italy from 2009 to 2011. It was the first medical spa in Italy to offer personal genomic DNA testing to all guests.
Between 2003 and August 2011, Ivan was the Group CEO and Cofounder of Fly Life Plc, a direct-to-consumer genomics company based in Milan and Tartu, Estonia, focused on predictive and regenerative medicine, personal genomics, gene therapy, NGS technology, and telomere health.
From April 2008 to March 2011, Ivan was Chief Executive Officer and Founder of YourLife Ltd in Tallinn, Estonia, a global genomics and life-science company that worked with customers across 35 countries to create customized genomic analysis processes. In 2009, YourLife won the Euro-Biotech Innovation Award from Intesa San Paolo Startup Initiative.
Ivan has served as Board Member and CFO at Wildland Company LTD in Zambia since January 2000, overseeing farming, ranching, and tobacco cropping operations across over 13,000 hectares on the Ivandale Estates Farm property. He has lived for more than 14 years in six different regions of the Sub-Saharan African continent.
Between January 2003 and 2010, Ivan was Secretary General and Cofounder of Sharing Life NGO, a medical nonprofit operating in Zambia and Uganda to fight HIV-AIDS by defeating all STDs. The organization successfully supported the construction and management of over 50 primary schools and remote clinic centers. From March 2004 to October 2009, Ivan served as Board Member and Secretary General at Fondazione Gaia at the University of Pavia, focused on longevity-care research and accelerating the advancement of longevity treatments.
Ivan began his career in finance as a Junior Analyst and Personal Assistant to the Country Manager Italy at J.P. Morgan in London between January 1999 and September 2000. He subsequently worked as Analyst and VP of Business Development at CS&P in London from February 2001 to January 2003, specializing in M&A advisory, startup capital raising, and strategic consulting.
Ivan earned his Executive MBA in International Business from Harvard Business School in 2002. He earned his Diploma in Diplomatic Science and International Affairs from the Università degli Studi di Trieste in 2000, graduating Summa cum laude and with distinction in the top 5% of the Economics Faculty.
Ivan is the author of Molecole di vita: Introduzione alla medicina prediventiva, rigenerativa, personalizzata della salute, published by Aracne Editrice in 2016, coauthored with Paolo Marandola and Nicola Locorotondo. This book represents the final volume of the trilogy “Amore per l’uomo e la medicina” and introduces the medicine of the future that predicts rather than cures, exploring how technology, biology, and genomics merge with the digital world.
He is also coauthor of Il Manifesto di Lunga Vita, published by Mondadori Sperling & Kupfer in February 2010, which describes the silent revolution transforming medicine from exclusively therapeutic to predictive. He has been a Member of Assobiotech Italy since January 2009.
