Guy Leitersdorf is the Founder and CEO of Longevity AI, a Tel Aviv-based digital health company revolutionizing preventive healthcare through artificial intelligence. He is also a Lecturer in Medical Entrepreneurship at the Tel Aviv University MBA Program and a Strategic Advisor for Xone Precision Medicine.
With over 10 years of technological leadership and expertise in AI-driven behavioral technology, Guy is pioneering the integration of advanced algorithms, real-time biomarker analysis, and behavioral science to transform how healthcare providers deliver proactive, personalized longevity care. Since founding Longevity AI in 2021, Guy has established the company as a leading B2B SaaS platform serving longevity clinics, health maintenance organizations, and preventive care centers. The platform enables healthcare providers to reduce administrative time by over 40 percent, potentially doubling patient capacity while delivering highly personalized care plans targeting chronic diseases before they manifest.
The company’s comprehensive 360° Longevity Platform is powered by proprietary AI trained on an unparalleled dataset of medical records spanning 20 years for over 5 million lives in Israel and North America. Read AI for Lifelong Health: Why We Invested In Longevity AI.
Guy’s platform addresses what he calls the “Five Horsemen” of aging: cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, dementia, and metabolic disorders, which collectively account for 80 percent of healthcare expenditures in Western economies. By aggregating real-time biometrics from blood tests, genetics, wearables, and lifestyle data, Longevity AI applies advanced behavioral science to create actionable recommendations that Guy describes as “a copilot, a friend, a coach” for patients.
In 2023, Guy led Longevity AI in establishing a groundbreaking partnership with KSM, the research and innovation arm of Maccabi Healthcare Services, Israel’s leading health maintenance organization. Using anonymized big data resources, the partners conduct joint research designed to help medical professionals proactively prevent chronic disease, initially focusing on cardiovascular disease. Guy also forged partnerships with Clalit Health Services to launch one of the largest longitudinal studies on aging to date, and with Preventous Collaborative Health for their Xone Precision Medicine program. Additionally, he established Healthspan Digital as the exclusive distributor of Longevity AI software, aiming to provide users with an all-inclusive health management solution combining digital and clinical health platforms.
Guy’s motivation to enter the longevity field stems from a deeply personal experience. As the former Head of AI at ironSource, he was leading the AI department at the global behavioral technology company when his father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Despite being under surveillance for a pre-existing heart condition, the cancer had progressed to an advanced stage before detection.
After his father’s passing, Guy remained focused on the fact that medical professionals often fail to consider the complete picture when it comes to healthcare, particularly for patients with comorbidities. He assembled a group of colleagues to build a technology solution designed to help medical professionals give people more healthier years.
Guy applies his expertise from advertising AI technology, which focuses on understanding people’s micro-behaviors and trajectories, to the longevity space to create healthier habits. Under Guy’s leadership, Longevity AI has attracted significant investment from Kli Capital and Welltech Ventures.
Guy has been a featured speaker at prominent conferences and institutions, sharing his vision for integrating technology with governance and healthcare. He has presented at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, where he attended the Longevity Summit and the 1st International Roundtable of Longevity Clinics, meeting with pioneers, including Steve Horvath, the founder of biological age research. Guy also spoke at Cornell Tech about harnessing the power of Israeli technology to address pressing challenges in the United States and strategies for bridging the gap between the two markets.
In 2023, Guy presented at the AgeingFit Event on the topic “Artificial Intelligence: What real potential to accelerate longevity and ageing research?” discussing AI’s contribution to the identification of longevity biomarkers and the development of personalized health. Guy earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Computer Science and Philosophy in 2018 from Tel Aviv University, where he graduated first in his class. His final project developed an AI system that successfully predicts New York’s real estate market. He also placed first in epistemology and metaphysics courses and won the National Debate Championship, representing Junior TAU.
Between 2007 and 2009, Guy attended the prestigious Talpiot Elite Military Academy at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he studied Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics. The Talpiot program is Israel’s premier military training program for exceptional students in science and technology. Guy’s high school education was at Ironi Daled, Tel Aviv’s most prestigious gifted class, where he graduated first in his class between 2005 and 2007.
Guy’s vision positions Longevity AI as more than just a health tracking app. The platform acts as an integrator, harmonizing services from running apps to genetic reports, enabling physicians to deliver data-driven, preventive care more quickly. By focusing on what people will actually do rather than just what they should do, Guy’s approach represents a fundamental shift from reactive medicine to true preventative healthcare. As he states, “We’re not just telling you what you should do—we’re making it easy for you to actually do it.”
