Francisco Martínez Peñalver, M.D., M.B.A. is an Internal Medicine Physician, Age Management Specialist, and Health Entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in preventive medicine and healthy aging. He is the Founder of LiLibe Health, the Chief Medical Officer of Tiara Health, and Internal Medicine Coordinator at Clínica Premium Marbella, where he applies cutting-edge, evidence-based protocols in longevity and age-management medicine.
Francisco is recognized as a pioneer in Spain in preventive anti-aging medicine, combining traditional medicine with state-of-the-art diagnostic technologies to help patients achieve extended, vibrant healthspan. Francisco is certified in Age Management Medicine by Worldlink Medical and The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), the two principal academies in this field worldwide. In 2025, Francisco founded LiLibe Health, a supplement brand committed to purity and clinical efficacy, identifying a critical gap in the market for high-quality, scientifically rigorous nutritional tools. The company produces evidence-based supplements designed to support longevity protocols, including omega-3 formulations optimized for cognitive health and neuroprotection. Since 2023, Francisco has served as Chief Medical Officer of Tiara Health, Spain’s first Anti-Aging Preventive Medicine Clinic, located in the Oasis Business Center in Marbella. The clinic, part of the Tiara Group owned by Sheikh Mohammed Youssef Al Khereiji, opened in March 2024 with 450 square meters of facilities, including consultation rooms, medical test rooms, and a gymnasium.
Under Francisco’s medical leadership, the clinic offers comprehensive longevity programs utilizing epigenetic testing, genetic analysis, lifestyle questionnaires, and blood tests processed in state-of-the-art laboratories. The clinic’s offerings include hyperbaric oxygen therapy, precision medicine protocols, neurocognitive health assessments, and personalized anti-aging interventions supported by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and fitness experts. In February 2025, Francisco delivered a keynote lecture on the Keystones of Anti-Aging Medicine at the World Health Tourism Congress (WHTC) in Marbella, presenting to an international audience of medical experts, wellness industry leaders, and health tourism professionals. Francisco has also been the Internal Medicine Coordinator at Clínica Premium Marbella since 2010 and maintains his Internal Medicine practice at Hospital Ochoa in Marbella, handling both outpatient consultations and hospitalizations. In 2015, he cofounded Medicina Interna de Marbella SLP, his professional services partnership. Between 2021 and 2025, Francisco served as Head of Internal Medicine at Quirónsalud in Campo de Gibraltar. He also worked as an Internal Medicine Specialist at the Servicio Andaluz de Salud in La Línea de la Concepción from 2019 to 2023.
Previously, Francisco served as the Medical Director at Boris Hospital SL in Marbella from 2018 to 2020, as the Medical Director at Magna Medical Clinic from 2014 to 2017, and as the Emergency Coordinator and Head of Internal Medicine at Hospital CERAM from 2014 to 2015. He also held positions as Internal Medicine Physician at Clínica Cenyt Estepona from 2012 to 2020, Medical Director at Selenza Estepona with Grupo Rayet from 2010 to 2011, and Internal Medicine Physician at USP Hospitales from 2008 to 2010.
Francisco earned his Medical Degree (Licenciado en Medicina y Cirugía) from the Universidad de Sevilla in 2001. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency (MIR) at the Hospital Universitario Virgen Macarena in Seville from 2004 to 2009. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management from the Universidad Camilo José Cela in 2016, and his Master’s Degree in Clinical Oncology from the Universidad del País Vasco (EHU) in 2015.
Francisco holds additional certifications, including University Expert in Vascular Risk from the Universidad de Córdoba in 2020, University Expert in Ultrasound from the Universitat de Barcelona in 2019, and Certification in Precision and Anti-Aging Medicine from The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) in 2023. He completed Age Management courses I through IV at Worldlink Medical in 2021.
Francisco has contributed to scientific research in cardiovascular disease prevention, coauthoring publications in peer-reviewed journals. His research includes Secondary Prevention of Arterial Disease in Very Elderly People: Results From a Prospective Registry (FRENA), published in Angiology in 2008, and Algo mas que una dislipemia mal controlada, published in Clínica e Investigación en Arteriosclerosis in 2009.
In 2025, Francisco received two significant recognitions for his work in preventive medicine. In October 2025, he was awarded the Preventive Medicine Leader of the Year at the Fluxx Awards ceremony held at the Fluxx Conference in Doha, Qatar. In December 2025, he received the Healthcare Leader of the Year award at the Health 2.0 Conference.
Francisco has been a donor to UNICEF Spain since 2012, supporting children’s welfare initiatives. He is based in Marbella, Spain, and continues to advocate for a paradigm shift in healthcare from reactive disease treatment to proactive health architecture, designing clinical pathways that extend not only lifespan but the quality of healthy life.
