Dr. Christine Pfeiffer

Christine Pfeiffer, MD, PhD is a German Physician specializing in Longevity and Aesthetic Medicine. She is the Medical Director and Board Member at the Longevity Center Switzerland in Zürich, with over 25 years of experience in internal medicine, functional medicine, sports and performance medicine, and nutritional medicine.

Board-certified in internal medicine and specializing in anti-aging, preventive, and aesthetic medicine, Christine is an advocate for preventive healthcare, gender-specific hormonal balance, and personalized medicine grounded in scientific validation. A former champion in rhythmic gymnastics, she applies her unique perspective to her medical practice, offering a holistic, personalized approach to health and well-being.

As Medical Director of the Longevity Center Switzerland since 2024, Christine leads a multidisciplinary medical team at the center’s state-of-the-art clinic in the historic Rotes Schloss building overlooking Lake Zürich. The Longevity Center, founded by Joanna Bensz, operates clinics in Zürich and Warsaw and specializes in extending healthspan through precision medicine approaches integrating genetics, epigenetics, metabolism, and hormonal balance.

Under Christine’s medical direction, the team develops personalized roadmaps incorporating precision nutrition, targeted supplementation, regenerative therapies, and metabolic treatments, all supported by advanced diagnostic tools such as DEXA scans, 3D imaging, VO2Max assessments, and genetic, epigenetic, and microbiome testing. Christine specializes in mitochondrial medicine, bioidentical hormone therapy, genetics and epigenetics, and various aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin, dermal biostimulators, and PRP therapy. Her clinical expertise extends to Interval Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Training (IHHT), at Ortho-Aging Praxis , a mitochondrial cell training method designed to restore energy levels and optimize cellular function. She has significant experience in research and clinical settings across Switzerland, Germany, and Israel.

Christine is a featured speaker on the international longevity medicine circuit. She presented at the 3rd Roundtable of Longevity Clinics at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging in California in 2025, participating in the panel on “Longevity in a Female Lens” alongside leading physicians from Fountain Life, Human Longevity, and Northwestern’s Feinberg School of Medicine. She is also a featured speaker at the Swiss Longevity Day in Zürich, an invitation-only conference bringing together international researchers and experts in the field of longevity. Between March 2020 and October 2023, Christine served as Head Doctor at Chenot Palace Weggis, the flagship property of the Chenot Group located on the shores of Lake Lucerne at the foot of the Swiss Alps. The Chenot Palace features a 5,000-square-meter medical spa facility with state-of-the-art diagnostics, where Christine oversaw the medical department’s comprehensive programs integrating Western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine principles through the renowned Chenot Method.

Previously, Christine founded and managed Ortho-Aging Praxis AG in Lucerne, a medical practice specializing in general medicine, anti-aging and preventive medicine, sports medicine, and nutritional medicine. The practice offered individualized treatment programs focused on optimizing quality of life through nutrition-conscious and movement-intensive approaches to health.
