Valerie Orsoni
Valerie Orsoni is the Founder of ValBiohacker and Biohacker.fr, the CEO and Founder of LiliWarrior, and the Founder of LeBootCamp. A biohacker since 1998, she is a longevity expert, best-selling author, international speaker, and high-altitude explorer who has spent more than two decades translating cutting-edge health science into practical, real-world strategies, with a particular focus on women over 40.
ValBiohacker and Biohacker.fr are Valerie’s English- and French-language editions of The Ultimate Guide to Biohacking & Longevity, covering supplements, peptides, epigenetics, anti-aging, and functional medicine. Through them she shares personally tested protocols spanning energy, weight loss, menopause, andropause, and mitochondrial health, and Biohacker.fr has become a widely referenced French-language resource on the subject. She keeps her guidance grounded in natural rhythms — favoring sunlight, sleep, and movement over gadgets — while remaining a candid experimenter with peptides, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and other emerging tools. She is also the CEO and Founder of LiliWarrior, a toxin-free, fully sustainable athleisure brand she launched during the COVID-19 pandemic. Beyond its eco-conscious design, the brand carries a social mission, producing scarves in Nepal made by survivors of human trafficking and garments woven by widows of miners. In 2002 she founded LeBootCamp, an online coaching platform whose science-based, multi-phase program grew to more than 1.2 million members across 38 countries. Her flagship book, LeBootCamp Diet, brought the French method to the United States and United Kingdom through Penguin and became an international bestseller. She is the author of more than 50 books on nutrition, wellness, and weight loss, translated into five languages, including Le Personal Coach. She has been a wellness contributor to The Huffington Post and a regular presence in French broadcast media, and her US television appearances include CNN, NBC, and CBS.
Valerie is also an accomplished endurance explorer. She has climbed more than 40 high-altitude peaks — among them Denali, Vinson, Elbrus, Aconcagua, and Kilimanjaro — and in December 2021 skied to the South Pole. In 2022, climbing in the Swiss Alps, she completed 20 peaks over 14,000 feet across nine days of climbing (12 days including travel), reported as the first amateur to achieve the feat, and did so despite a fear of heights.
