Sanjiv Lal, MSc
Sanjiv Lal, MSc, is Chief Executive Officer and Cofounder of Regen Therapy, Cofounder and Partner at Motivant, Owner and Chief Innovation Officer of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, and a member of the Nugevia Advisory Board of Jupiter Neurosciences, with 24 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, molecular genetics, and diagnostics.
Regen Therapy, based in Los Angeles County, California, is a regenerative medicine and longevity platform that builds the education, treatment frameworks, operational infrastructure, and compliance guidance that let licensed providers deliver regenerative and longevity-focused care at scale.
Sanjiv joined the company as Partner in January 2026 and became Chief Executive Officer and Cofounder in May 2026. He leads the development of evidence-based regenerative solutions, including cell signaling therapies, peptides, and adjunctive modalities, and their translation into practical, scalable protocols for clinics.
The platform is built around the secretome, the growth factors, exosomes, cytokines, and other signaling molecules that cells release to coordinate repair, delivered as acellular, DNA-free “Cell Factor” therapies intended to preserve regenerative signaling while lowering the cost and risk associated with cell-based treatments.
Regen Therapy launched a partnership with Healthspan Collective, the evidence-based longevity community founded by our Elias Arjan, in January 2026 to expand evidence-based regenerative medicine education and access, and in July 2026, broadened its educational initiatives for healthcare providers.

Sanjiv has been Cofounder and Partner at Motivant, a family office of operators investing across life sciences, aviation, real estate, hospitality, restaurants, and private credit, since September 2024. He oversees business development and sales and is the principal who operates the firm's laboratory side, connecting its diagnostics layer, which are Marquis Labs, a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory in Oklahoma City, Cellestiq, its sister molecular laboratory, and Rio Grande Valley Labs, whose operations have contributed more than one million diagnostic results, its education layer, and its consumer-delivery layer, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center.
Founded in Southern California in 2005, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center operates 22 locations across California, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, and New Jersey. As part of the ownership group, Sanjiv is converting the brand from a traditional medical spa into a longevity and regenerative aesthetics platform offering hormone and peptide therapy, performance and recovery programs, and its proprietary Cell Factor protocol. Since August 2021, he has also been Chief Executive Officer of The Lal Group, a Motivant-listed residential and commercial real estate holding of 715 units across 250 properties in northeast Ohio. In April 2026, Jupiter Neurosciences (NASDAQ: JUNS), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing JOTROL, a patented resveratrol platform with enhanced bioavailability, appointed Sanjiv to the advisory board of its Nugevia consumer longevity line, alongside Kristopher Fishman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Wells Pharmacy Network.
Sanjiv brings distribution relationships across compounding pharmacies and wellness channels, a market the company estimates at more than $1.5 billion in combined U.S. nutraceutical sales. Sanjiv's path into regenerative medicine was personal. After spending his career in traditional pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies, he became a patient himself during the COVID-19 pandemic and was told that conventional medicine could offer only long-term management. He sought out cellular signaling therapies abroad, and the recovery that followed persuaded him that treatments with real promise remained inaccessible, prohibitively expensive, and outside the quality and manufacturing standards needed for broad adoption.
He sold the laboratories he had built in the traditional diagnostics space, established a stem cell laboratory, acquired Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center as a clinical delivery channel, and founded Regen Therapy to distribute the resulting protocols to providers nationwide, including a telehealth platform intended to bring regenerative care to patients outside the coastal longevity hubs. Before Motivant, Sanjiv spent more than two decades in laboratory and diagnostics leadership. From 2018 to 2025, he was Managing Partner of Healthcare Partners Investments in Greater Cleveland. From 2016 to 2018, he served as Vice President of Commercial Operations at Gravity Diagnostics, a CAP-accredited, CLIA-certified laboratory in Covington, Kentucky, licensed in all 50 states, offering toxicology, pharmacogenetic, infectious disease, and blood testing.
From 2012 to 2015, he was Vice President of Sales at Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory, a SIDIS company, also in Covington. Earlier he worked for pharmaceutical companies including Lilly and held leadership roles at Fortune 500 biotechnology firms. Over his career, he has founded three laboratory businesses and successfully exited two.
Sanjiv earned his B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2001 and his MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy.
