Manjit Sareen
Manjit Sareen is the Head of Strategy at Longevity Clinics World, a division of Longevity.Technology, and the Founder of Sareen Advisory. She is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and strategic advisor working at the intersection of education, technology, and longevity, building purpose-driven platforms and ecosystems with a focus on credibility, scale, and impact.
Manjit is also a Non-Executive Director at the Renewable Energy Agency and an Investor in First Longevity. As Head of Strategy at Longevity Clinics World, Manjit shapes the long-term vision of the organization and the wider longevity ecosystem, including the development of industry standards, strategic frameworks, and global partnerships that support credibility, quality, and scale across the longevity sector. She works closely with clinics, clinicians, and partners internationally to help professionalize and advance the industry.
Manjit played a key role in executing and launching the beta version of the Longevity Clinics World platform, a first-of-its-kind global directory connecting clients with over 350 pre-validated longevity clinics worldwide, including leading institutions such as Chi Longevity, Fountain Life, Next Health, and Maison Epigenetic. In collaboration with the International Institute of Longevity and the Healthy Longevity Medicine Society (HLMS), Manjit is developing foundational standards and classifications for the global longevity clinic sector. She has presented at the 3rd Roundtable of Longevity Clinics at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, the Asia-Pacific Longevity Medicine International Summit in Singapore, and the NUS Geromedicine Conference, where she led sessions on building successful longevity clinics and validating nutraceuticals in clinical practice. Before transitioning into the longevity space, Manjit cofounded and served as CEO of Natterhub, an award-winning EdTech platform designed to prepare primary school children to thrive online. Under her leadership from 2018 to 2025, Natterhub grew to over 12,000 school sign-ups across 88 countries, delivering more than 350 interactive lessons focused on digital citizenship, online safety, and media literacy for children aged 5 to 11.
The platform received multiple international accolades, including the BETT Award for Transformational Impact in 2022, the Education Investor Award for Edtech Provider in 2022, the Global Edtech Startup Awards UK Winner in 2021, and the Digital Education Awards Gold Winner in 2021. Natterhub was named number 26 on The Startups 100 Index in 2023. In 2016, Manjit acquired The Pedagogs Ltd, a multi-award-winning educational brand supplying motivational products to over 50% of UK primary schools, and she continues to serve as its CEO. Natterhub was the first startup company to join TwinklHive, which invested over £1 million in cash and services into the business. The platform also established a high-impact collaboration with Microsoft, integrating Natterhub into the Microsoft ecosystem.
Manjit is the Founder of Sareen Advisory, providing advisory and consultancy services to startup founders, and Cofounder of Sareen Portfolio Ltd, a private investment vehicle she has managed since 2003. She serves as an Advisory Board Member of Beyond, a UK youth mental health charity founded by Jonny Benjamin MBE that provides grants to organizations supporting young people’s mental health.
Manjit also serves as an Advisor at Tuck Advisors, a US-based M&A advisory firm specializing in education and holistic health, and as an Advisory Board Member of Verchool Holdings in Dubai, a company building private B2B communities on a spatial Web 3.0 platform.
Between 2020 and 2024, Manjit served as a Funding Council Member of the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), a leading tech charity working globally to eliminate child sexual abuse imagery from the internet. Manjit has served as a Non-Executive Director of the Renewable Energy Agency since 2010, a global organization providing end-to-end services for clients seeking to acquire or dispose of solar and wind energy projects.
Manjit’s commitment to longevity is deeply personal. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2017 and later with Lyme disease, she pursued a path of biohacking, holistic therapies, and mindset work. Her son Jaan was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 10, followed by leukemia at age 13, experiences that profoundly shaped her approach to prevention, resilience, and the systems required to support longer, healthier lives.
Manjit earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science (Hons) in Psychology from City St George’s, University of London. She completed an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre at the University of Oxford and is a certified NLP Practitioner and Reiki Master. She attended Langley Grammar School.
