Leon Neihouse, MBA is Founder of Dirigo Energy International and author of Power without Borders.
 
Dirigo Energy International (DEI), will set up International Energy Villages (IEV) to develop energy sources in a manner that can be utilized by all nations and Base-Earth Space Trainers (BEST) to train people to live self-sustainably on Moon, Mars, or space settlements.
 
Leon was previously Project Manager at Alion Science and Technology, Startup Engineer at Combustion Engineering, Reactor Engineer at Tennessee Valley Authority, and Officer at United States Navy.
 
Leon earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Physics (summa cum laude) at the University of Dallas in 1961 and his MBA at the University of Southern Maine in 1983.
