Khrustalev
Vladimir Vladimirovich is an expert in the field of nuclear
nonproliferation with 5 years work experience.
Vladimir worked on the project of the Center of International Studies of
the
Maritime State University (Vladivostok) from 2006 to 2010.
He was a graduate of the International Summer School on Global Security
PIR-Center (2008), and was recognized as the best graduate of
the year.
His research interests include the problem of nonproliferation of WMD,
dual-use
technology, global problems, and techno-social systems.
He has experience working with the mass-media, and with
publications in Russian and English languages.
