Eric Bauswell

Eric Bauswell is Founder at Entrepreneurial Systems and President & Chairman at SurfaceInk Corporation.
 
For more than 10 years Eric has led a firm of engineers whose work has influenced product design that is touched by hundreds of millions of consumers and enterprise customers across the globe every day. He brings deep experience in every phase of the product lifecycle, driving dozens of consumer and commercial products through concept, design, development and go-to-market success.
 
As a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, he established and grew two profitable startups with zero outside investment. Through these firms he led the execution of 400+ successful projects, developing products which generate billions in revenue for clients that included Apple, Amazon, Palm/HP, Microsoft, and other notable manufacturers of consumer electronics, commercial technology, and medical devices products.
 
Eric achieved a personal goal of building a company capable of full system product development capability with the release of the R183 Tablet prototype, receiving strong feedback at CES 2011.
 
He recently advised an entrepreneur in the start-up of a consumer home improvement product business, guiding the strategic planning process, selecting a manufacturing partner, and enabling go-to-market success. Product is currently being sold through large box store.

He earned his BSME in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Iowa in 1995.
