Professor Bamshad Mobasher
Bamshad Mobasher, Ph.D. is Professor, School of Computing,
DePaul University. He is also director of the Center for Web
Intelligence at DePaul CTI.
His research areas include data mining, Web mining, intelligent agents,
machine learning, and computational logic. He has published over 100
scientific articles and book chapters in these areas. He is
one of the leading authorities in the areas of Web mining, Web
personalization, and recommender systems, and has served as an
organizer and on the program committees of numerous related conferences.

Bamshad earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science at Iowa State University in
1994. He serves on the editorial boards of several prominent journals,
