Alex is an experienced journalist with extensive contacts covering

His previous roles include working in teams in a traditional TV newsroom
environment and as a solo video journalist both in the UK and abroad.
From 2010 to 2012, Alex cofounded Not on the Wires, an award-winning
international current affairs magazine, and was responsible for video
production, community management, and editorial strategy.
He was invited to become a Visiting Lecturer in Online Journalism at
City
University in 2010 and continues to lecture across TV and Broadcast
Journalism masters programmes.

Alex earned his BSc in Japanese and Business Studies at
Cardiff University in 2008. He earned his MA in International
Journalism (Broadcast) at City University (GB) in 2009.
