The AIShield Fund is being used to turn our AIShield program into reality.
Our top priority for this fund is to create The Artificial Intelligence Shield Initiative (AISI).
AISI is a nonprofit, membership-based consortium with no governmental authority or coercive power. Its only weapons are information, reputation, and market incentives, and its mission is to make the safest, most transparent paths to Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) the most profitable, prestigious, and talent-rich paths on Earth. Your contribution funds the launch: incorporating a small founding coalition in a neutral jurisdiction, standing up AISI’s four core programs — the Alignment Exchange Database, the Annual AIShield Summit and Red-Teaming Marathon, the Public Alignment Leaderboard and Certification System, and the Rapid Response Alignment Task Forces — and sustaining the first three years of operations. Seed funding of $50–100 million covers that runway; after that, membership dues make AISI self-sustaining.
