Maree Conway, MEd EA

Maree Conway, MEd EA is founder and director of Thinking Futures, a strategic foresight practice that works with people in organizations to understand possible futures and build stronger strategy today.
 
Her expertise is focused on universities and higher education. She is the author of the Strategic Futures Guide and runs the successful webinar on Environmental Scanning: What It Is and How to Do It, Hotham Hill, Victoria, Australia.
 
Maree earned her BA in Media Studies and History at Griffith University, Australia in 1977. She earned her Master’s of Educational Administration (honors), Education Management at the University of New England, Australia in 1995. She earned her Graduate Diploma of Management (Strategic Foresight), Strategy, Foresight at the Swinburne University of Technology, Australia in 2006. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Practice Based Research, Management at Swinburne University of Technology, Australia with the thesis “The future of university management: Integrating academic and administrator beliefs about how work gets done”.
