Rafal earned his Master’s Degree in Modern Linguistics at Poznan University, Poland in 1999. He studied Cybersociology at the Otaru University of Commerce from 1999 to 2001. He earned his Ph.D. in Engineering at Hokkaido University, Japan in 2004.
