Gebeshuber, Ph.D.
is Professor at the Institute of Microengineering and Nanoelectronics
(IMEN) at the National University of Malaysia (UKM).
She is on the editorial board of
Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Part C:
Journal
of Mechanical Engineering Science.
Her research interests include Biomimetics of Nanostructures, BioMEMS,
Nanomedicine, and Tribology.

Ille earned her BSc (first class honors) in Technical Physics at the
University of Technology Vienna in 1995. She earned her Ph.D. in
Technical Sciences at the University of Technology Vienna in 1998.
She did her PostDoc work at
University of California Santa Barbara.
