The facts of this case: The facts of this failure are that : 1, the faulty design of solid rockets booster.

                                    2, insufficient low-temperature testing of the O-ring material and of the joints that the O-ring sealed
                                    3, lack of proper communication between different levels of NASA .

My conclusions :They should have a lot more communications to find out this incorrect design. Then this tragedy might be avoided. Future environment: In the future, when technique gets much more advanced,and more communication are undergone , this tragedy will probably not gonna happen. Future scenario:If this case happened again in the future , those managers people will get fired and might get sued .
