The facts of this case:
The facts of this failure are that : 1.the faulty design of solid rockets booster.
2.insufficient low-temperature testing of the O-ring material and of the joints that the O-ring sealed
3.lack of proper communication between different levels of NASA .
My conclusions :They should have a lot more communications to find out this incorrect design. Then this tragedy might be avoided.
