NOLA Ready <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nolaready\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">tweeted<\/a> that \u201csuspicious activity was detected on the City\u2019s network,\u201d and as investigations progressed, \u201cactivity indicating a cybersecurity incident was detected around 11 am.\u201d As a precautionary measure, the NOLA tweet confirmed, the City\u2019s IT department gave the order for all employees to power down computers and disconnect from Wi-Fi.
