The problem is even recognized as a global health challenge by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.euro.who.int\/__data\/assets\/pdf_file\/0005\/303485\/HBSC-No.7_factsheet_Bullying.pdf?ua=1\">World Health Organization<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/uis.unesco.org\/en\/news\/new-sdg-4-data-bullying\">United Nations<\/a>.
