A new study of three of the plants from this guide\u2014the white oak, the tulip poplar and the devil\u2019s walking stick\u2014finds that they have antiseptic properties.<\/p>\n<p><i>Scientific Reports<\/i> is publishing the results of the study led by scientists at Emory University.
