To read the entire piece, just click the link at the end of article. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><b>CONCLUSION<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffff00\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><b>In addition to being aware and adaptable and resilient before the driving forces reshaping the <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i><b>current present<\/b><\/i><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><b>and the <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i><b>as-of-now future, <\/b><\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><b>THERE ARE SOME EXTRA MANAGEMENT SUGGESTIONS THAT I CONCURRENTLY PRACTICE:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">1.- Given the vast amount of insidious risks, futures, challenges, principles, processes, contents, practices, tools, techniques, benefits and opportunities, there needs to be a full-bodied practical and applicable methodology (methodologies are utilized and implemented to solve complex problems and to facilitate the decision-making and anticipatory process). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">The manager must always address issues with a Panoramic View and must also exercise the envisioning of both the Whole and the Granularity of Details, along with the embedded (corresponding) interrelationships and dynamics (that is, [i] <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>interrelationships and dynamics of the subtle<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">, [ii] <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>interrelationships and dynamics of the overt<\/i><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">and [iii] <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>interrelationships and dynamics of the covert)<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">Both <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>dynamic complexity<\/i><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">and <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>detail complexity<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">, along with <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>fuzzy logic<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">, must be pervasively considered, as well.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">To this end, it is wisely argued, <\/span>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026You can\u2019t understand the knot without understanding the strands, but in the future, the strands need not remain tied up in the same way as they are today\u2026\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">For instance, disparate skills, talents, dexterities and expertise won\u2019t suffice ever. A cohesive and congruent, yet proven methodology (see the one above) must be optimally implemented.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">Subsequently, the Chinese proverb indicates, <\/span>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026Don\u2019t look at the waves but the currents underneath\u2026\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">2.- One must always be futurewise and technologically fluent. Don\u2019t fight these extreme forces, just use them! One must use <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">counter-intuitiveness (geometrically non-linearly so)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">, insight, hindsight, foresight and far-sight in every day of the present and future <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">(all of this in the most staggeringly exponential mode).<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">To shed some light, I will share two quotes. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">The <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>Panchatantra<\/i><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">(body of Eastern philosophical knowledge) establishes, <\/span>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026Knowledge is the true organ of sight, not the eyes.\u2026\u201d<\/i><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">And Antonio Machado argues, <\/span>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026 An eye is not an eye because you see it; an eye is an eye because it sees you \u2026\u201d <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Managers always need a clear, knowledgeable vision. Did you already connect the dots stemming from the Panchatantra and Machado? Did you already integrate those dots into your big-picture vista?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">As side effect, British Prime Minister W. E. Gladstone considered, <\/span>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026You cannot fight against the future\u2026\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a class=\\'blog-photo\\' href=\"https:\/\/lifeboat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/THE-METHOD.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-9150\" alt=\"THE METHOD\" src=\"https:\/\/lifeboat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/THE-METHOD-300x212.jpg\" width=\"353\" height=\"249\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifeboat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/THE-METHOD-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lifeboat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/THE-METHOD.jpg 723w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 353px) 100vw, 353px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">3.- In all the Manager does, he \/ she must observe and apply, at all times, a <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>sine qua non<\/i><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">maxim, <\/span>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026everything is related to everything else\u2026\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">4.- Always manage as if it were a \u201cproject.\u201d Use, at all times, the \u201c\u2026Project Management\u2026\u201d approach.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">5.- Always use the systems methodology with the applied omniscience perspective. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">In this case, David, I mean to assert: The term \u201cScience\u201d equates to about a 90% of \u201c\u2026Exact Sciences\u2026\u201d and to about 10% of \u201c\u2026Social Sciences\u2026\u201d All science must be instituted with the engineering view.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">6.- Always institute beyond-insurance risk management as you boldly integrate it with your futuring skill \/ expertise.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">7.- In my firmest opinion, the following must be complied this way (verbatim): <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">the corporate strategic planning and execution (performing) are a function of <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><b>a grander application of beyond-insurance risk management.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">It will never work well the other way around. TAIRM is the optimal mode to do advanced strategic planning and execution (performing).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>TAIRM (Transformative and Integrative Risk Management) is not only focused on terminating, mitigating and modulating risks (expenses of treasure and losses of life), but also concentrated on bringing under control fiscally-sound, sustainable organizations and initiatives. <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><b>TAIRM underpins sensible business prosperity and sustainable growth and progress.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">8.- I also believe that we must pragmatically apply the scientific method in all we manage to the best of our capacities. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">If we are \u201c\u2026MANAGERS\u2026\u201d in a <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>Knowledge Economy and Knowledge Era <\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">(not a knowledge-driven eon because of superficial and hollow caprices of the follies and simpletons), we must do therefore extensive and intensive learning and un-learning for Life if we want to succeed and be sustainable. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">As a consequence, Dr. Noel M. Tichy, PhD. argues, <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><b>\u2026Today, intellectual assets trump physical assets in nearly every industry\u2026\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">Consequently, Alvin Toffler indicates, <\/span>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026In the world of the future, THE NEW ILLITERATE WILL BE THE PERSON WHO HAS NOT LEARNED TO LEARN\u2026\u201d <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">We don\u2019t need to be scientists to learn some basic principles of advanced science.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a class=\\'blog-photo\\' href=\"https:\/\/lifeboat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/EFFORT.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-9151\" alt=\"EFFORT\" src=\"https:\/\/lifeboat.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/EFFORT-300x194.jpg\" width=\"366\" height=\"236\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">Accordingly, Dr. Carl Sagan, PhD. expressed, <\/span>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026We live in a society exquisitely dependent on science and technology, in which hardly anyone knows about science and technology\u2026\u201d <\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">And Edward Teller stated,<\/span> \u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026The science of today is the technology of tomorrow \u2026\u201d <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">And it is also crucial this quotation by Winston Churchill, <\/span>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026If we are to bring the broad masses of the people in every land to the table of abundance, IT CAN ONLY BE BY THE TIRELESS IMPROVEMENT OF ALL OF OUR MEANS OF TECHNICAL PRODUCTION\u2026\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">9.- In any management undertaking, and given the universal volatility and rampant and uninterrupted rate of change, one must think and operate in a <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>fluid womb-to-tomb mode<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">The manager must think and operate holistically (both systematically and systemically) at all times. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">The manager must also be: i) Multidimensional, ii) Interdisciplinary, iii) Multifaceted, iv) Cross-functional, and v) Multitasking. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>That is, the manager must now be an expert state-of-the-art generalist and erudite. ERGO, THIS IS THE NEWEST SPECIALIST AND SPECIALIZATION.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">Managers must <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><b>never<\/b><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">manage elements, components or subsystems separately or disparately (that is, they mustn\u2019t ever manage in series). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><b>Managers must always manage all of the entire system at the time (that is, managing in parallel or simultaneously the totality of the whole at once).<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">10.- In any profession, beginning with management, one must always and cleverly upgrade his \/ her learning and education until the last exhale. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">An African proverb argues, <\/span>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026Tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it\u2026\u201d <\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">And Winston Churchill established,<\/span> \u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026The empires of the future are the empires of the mind\u2026\u201d <\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">And an ancient Chinese Proverb: <\/span>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026It is not our feet that move us along \u2014 it is our minds\u2026\u201d <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">And Malcolm X observed,<\/span> \u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\"><i>\u2026The future belongs to those who prepare for it today\u2026\u201d <\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif\">And Leonard I.
