Here it is:<\/p>\n<blockquote name=\"532e\" id=\"532e\" class=\"\"><p><strong class=\"\">Legal systems are protocols for the management of disputes.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This includes protocols for preventing disputes and for managing the whole lifecycle of disputes, from inception to resolution. It captures both descriptions of these protocols (\u201clegal code\u201d) and their execution (\u201coperation of law\u201d).
