The report \u2014 which mentions blockchain 25 times \u2014 notes that blockchain is among the technologies the importance of which is growing rapidly and still on its path towards mass adoption.<\/p>\n<p>The report also cites a International Data Corporation\u2019s (IDC) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idc.com\/getdoc.jsp?containerId=prUS43526618\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">projection<\/a> from last year that states worldwide spending on blockchain solutions will reach $9.7 billion in 2021.
