That\u2019s it. Lost forever.<\/p>\n<p>To deal with the biodiversity crisis we need to find a way to give nature more space\u2014habitat loss is a key factor driving these extinctions. But how would this affect our food supplies?<\/p>\n<p>New research, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41893-018-0119-8\">published in <i>Nature Sustainability<\/i><\/a>, found it could mean we lose a lot of food \u2014but exactly how much really depends on how we choose to give nature that space.
