Elon Musk gave us a <a href=\"http:\/\/wonderfulengineering.com\/elon-musk-gives-us-glimpse-almost-complete-falcon-heavy-rocket\/\">first glimpse<\/a> of the rocket a couple of months ago and then a little later announced the <a href=\"http:\/\/wonderfulengineering.com\/teslas-sports-car-will-taking-tour-mars\/\">unique cargo<\/a> that it would be carrying. At the start of this year, he announced that the rocket will be launched <a href=\"http:\/\/wonderfulengineering.com\/elon-musk-confirms-launch-falcon-heavy-month\/\">within the first month<\/a> but there were more <a href=\"http:\/\/wonderfulengineering.com\/spacex-falcon-heavy-faces-yet-another-delay-due-government-shutdown\/\">unexpected delays<\/a> and things finally got back on track as it completed the<a href=\"http:\/\/wonderfulengineering.com\/falcon-heavy-rocket-successfully-completes-static-fire-tests\/\"> static test<\/a> last week.<\/p>\n<p>The Falcon Heavy Rocket launched its test flight successfully from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Millions of fans from all around the globe watched the launch go off without a hitch.
