Primates, however, had proven resistant to the process \u2014 until now.<\/p>\n<p>In a new study <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cell.com\/cell\/fulltext\/S0092-8674(18)30057-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">published in <i>Cell<\/i><\/a>, a team of Chinese researchers led by Qiang Sun at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ion.ac.cn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Neuroscience<\/a> in Shanghai reveal that they\u2019ve found a way to tweak the Dolly cloning technique to make it work in primates.
