In a rather ominous sounding warning, the leader stated that \u201cthe one who becomes the leader in this sphere will be the ruler of the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Many of those working in the field see AI as a tool for <a href=\"https:\/\/futurism.com\/ai-will-help-humanity-soar-past-the-limits-of-our-intelligence\/\">making humanity better<\/a>, while others foresee it as a <a href=\"https:\/\/futurism.com\/elon-musk-again-voiced-concern-over-the-risk-of-ai-at-a-tesla-earnings-call\/\">harbinger of doom<\/a> for the human species.
