Musk\u2019s startup, The Boring Company, is digging a tunnel that will be used to transport vehicles at high speeds to avoid traffic congestion. The idea is to lower vehicles via an elevator to a tunnel, where it\u2019s then transported\u2014not driven\u2014in a \u201csled\u201d along magnetic rails at high speeds.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/for.tn\/2017\/04\/27\/elon-musk-boring-company\/\" data-reactid=\"223\">The Boring Company<\/a>, was inspired by traffic congestion Musk experienced in Los Angeles.
