Machines, despite all their <a href=\"https:\/\/singularityhub.com\/2016\/12\/02\/new-ai-mental-health-tools-beat-human-doctors-at-assessing-patients\/\">recent<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/singularityhub.com\/2016\/02\/06\/how-googles-ai-beat-a-human-at-go-a-decade-earlier-than-expected\/\">wins<\/a> against humans, aren\u2019t. This is partly <a href=\"https:\/\/singularityhub.com\/2016\/12\/22\/how-to-train-ai-to-do-everything-in-the-digital-universe\/\">due to how they\u2019re trained<\/a>: artificial neural networks like Google\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/deepmind.com\/\">DeepMind<\/a> learn to master a singular task and call it quits.
