It specifically appropriates money for NASA\u2019s deep space exploration, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rt.com\/usa\/376877-space-launch-system-endorsement\/\">Space Launch System<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rt.com\/news\/378557-orion-spacecraft-manned-flight\/\">Orion spacecraft<\/a>, as well as for the ongoing medical monitoring and treatment of astronauts.
