To address this, last year, IBM scientists in Zurich and students from ETH Zurich <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/blogs\/research\/2016\/03\/ibm-scientists-invent-a-thermometer-for-the-nanoscale\/\">published<\/a> and patented a technique to measure the temperature of these nano-sized objects at and below 10 nanometer \u2013 a remarkable achievement.
