Unfortunately, we all have unconscious biases. Though, some have more problematic (racist and\/or sexist) ones than others. That\u2019s why diversity consulting startup <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.paradigmiq.com\/\">Paradigm<\/a> and HR platform <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/emtrain.com\/\">Emtrain<\/a> have co-launched an online course to teach people how to manage their unconscious biases.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/emtrain.com\/courses\/3630-managing-unconscious-bias\">Managing Unconscious Bias<\/a>, a two-year online course, monitors employee progress and identifies unconscious bias \u201chotspots\u201d in the workplace. The course implements video, dialogue and other activities to engage employees.
