The finding could pave the way for the development of more effective cancer immunotherapies.<\/p>\n<p>Published in <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1126\/sciimmunol.aea6909\" target=\"_blank\"><i>Science Immunology<\/i><\/a>, the study identifies the RNA helicase DDX6 as a previously unrecognized \u201chidden switch\u201d that prevents the immune system from recognizing cancer cells.
