No, it\u2019s not science fiction: A new program by the government\u2019s<a href=\"http:\/\/www.darpa.mil\/\"> Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency<\/a> aims to tweak your nervous system to make you learn better and faster.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the new DARPA program, called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.darpa.mil\/news-events\/2016-03-16\">Targeted Neuroplasticity Training<\/a>, is to stimulate your peripheral nervous system, the network of nerves on the outside of your brain and spinal cord, to facilitate the development of cognitive skills.
