The study, titled \u201cExamining Human Reliance on Artificial Intelligence in Decision Making,\u201d is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41598-026-34983-y\" target=\"_blank\">published<\/a> in Scientific Reports.<\/p>\n<p>Lead author Dr. Sophie Nightingale of Lancaster University said, \u201cUnderstanding human reliance on AI is critical given controversial reports of AI inaccuracy and bias.
