And this one costs just a little bit more than a McDonald\u2019s Happy Meal.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the ubiquity of <a href=\"http:\/\/futurism.com\/?s=smartphone+technology\">smartphones<\/a>, you\u2019d be hard pressed to find one that you could purchase with spare change. Yet Ringing Bells, a handset manufacturer from India, has managed to create one that\u2019s only going to cost $4.<\/p>\n<p>The device is called <a href=\"http:\/\/freedom251.com\/\">Freedom 251<\/a> and was just very recently unveiled. Specs aside, the most impressive thing about the Freedom 251 is, by far, its price.
