Additionally four cases resulted in death. About 75% of those cases were due to wound infection via seawater.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridahealth.gov\/diseases-and-conditions\/vibrio-infections\/vibrio-vulnificus\/index.html\">Florida Department of Health<\/a> confirmed 13 cases and four deaths from Vibrio this year.
