Why do I all the sudden feel like I am watching an episode of \u201cWestWorld\u201d being played out in reality.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>TSUKUBA, Ibaraki Prefecture\u2013A start-up firm here is planning to construct a futuristic \u201ccity of robots\u201d that relies on robotic and cybernetic technologies to assist with the daily lives of humans.<\/p>\n<p>Cybernic City is the brainchild of Cyberdyne Inc.
